Rush - Rushing
A burst of winning hands or good luck; a negative rush is just the opposite
Rush Poker
Rush Poker is a game style created in 2010 that
eliminates the idea of playing at a static table with basically the same group of players every hand.
In Rush Poker every time you fold you are teleported to an entirely new table of players, in a new position. This movement occurs even
faster than it sounds because there is a "quick fold" action button -- once you click the button you are immediately transported
from that old game to a brand new one, even if the action at the first table has not gotten to you yet.
(Of course players at the first table still see your icon there so they do not know that you have actually left the game.)
Rush Poker eliminates many standard poker skills, such as observing which of your opponents are on tilt or otherwise playing poorly
(or well). But it does dramatically increase the amount of hands you see. Games tend to be tight, since every instant you can be
dealt a brand new hand, why bother playing marginal hands, except to steal the blinds? It also renders tracking software obsolete
since you zip to and from tables too fast for the software to load.
