Kill - Killing the Pot

Kill - Kill Pots
1) An extra, larger blind that increases the stakes for the following hand;
sometimes kills are required by the winning of a previous pot,
sometimes they are an optional choice
2) Full Kill: when the kill blind doubles the normal big blind,
thus making a 10/20 game now a 20/40 game
2) Half Kill: when the kill blind is half again as large as the normal big blind,
thus making a 10/20 game a 15/30 game
